1. The $1,000 USD Threshold

Effective immediately, any transaction totaling $1,000 USD or more must be executed exclusively via Bank Wire Transfer. This protocol is a mandatory security measure designed to eliminate the risks of fraudulent activities and unauthorized card usage often associated with high-ticket luxury goods.

2. Automated Cancellation Protocol

Should an online purchase exceeding the $1,000 threshold be attempted via credit card or digital wallet, the order will be automatically cancelled and the funds promptly refunded. Following this, our Concierge Team will contact you directly to facilitate the secure completion of your acquisition through our private banking channels.

3. Processing and Dispatch

For all international bank transfers, please allow up to 5 working days for the payment to be fully cleared and verified by our financial department. No timepiece will be dispatched until full, cleared payment is confirmed. This ensures a transparent and undisputed chain of custody for your investment.
